    Getting there

    Hello Guys!
     
    Well I am getting back on track.   Sunday was weigh in and I lost 1/2 pound.  Not much but something.  Steph and I started a new class on Tuesday at the Y and it is fun!  HIP HOP HUSTLE!!  The rate I am going this week, I may be back to my pre-weight before I got real sick.  I will try and keep you guys updated on my venture.
