    Getting back on track

Ok... well I think I am about to get back to normal, whatever that may be.  I apologize for totally falling off the face of the earth for the past couple of weeks.  Anyway, last Sunday was weigh in and I gained 1/2 a pound.  Today was weigh in and I gained 2 pounds.  However, for all the women out there, you know how cycles run and mine is getting crazier by the months.  Not to mention GIRL SCOUT COOKIES for the cycle cravings.  But, enough of that.  I am getting back on track like I need to. STAY FOCUS KIM!!!!  Boy it is so hard.  Anyway, I am vowing to update my blogs more than on a weekly basis, even though this one was WEIGH (like the play on words, LOL)past due.   WISH ME LUCK FOR THIS WEEK.  Would love to lose 5 pounds and get back on track.

Good night my little Phat Phrenz!

You can lose those five pounds! Just remember every little thing that you do counts. Wether its five extra push ups or five less calories in a day. As they say on the biggest loser calories in calories out.

Just remember that you can do this!  I understand about the girl scout cookies, as a matter of fact, we have girl scout cookies on our fridge right now.  It is important to eat healthy, but don't deprive yourself of everything that you love.  It might help to count calories, so that you can incorporate those sinful delights.  You can do this!  You can do this!  You can do this!  Do you understand that we believe that YOU CAN DO THIS!!  Good luck and God bless.

I guarantee you I feel for you with the PMS issue! UGH! It frustrates me to no end, and furthermore, I feel men should have to go through it as well, especially men on the show Biggest Loser hahahaha! because you know the women have to deal with it and it hinders their weight loss, so the men should have something that hinders theirs at the same time!!!!

As for the Girl Scout Cookies. A friend of mine, who also needs to lose weight, and I talked tonight. She was telling me that I have inspired her with my weight loss, and tonight, when she was at the grocery store, of course, entrance and exit were well covered by the little scouts calling out for the cookie seekers. My friend told me that she passed em by!! yay! I am so happy for her! it wasn't an easy thing for her, i guarantee you, because she LOVES them! but she did it!  The thing is, I hear all the time about how FAT America is, and then no one really does anything. These companies don't change their recipes, they don't offer lower fat, sugar free options. the things they do offer that are supposedly reduced calorie/healthier are usually nasty. I just don't understand because one breath they are yacking about fatness and in the next pushing junk at people. I just have to shake my head. THEN they don't really want to do anything to help fat people much. They'll help anorexics and bulemics, as they should, but not fat people. It actually disgusts me.

ANYWAY, I wish you tons of luck, sorry for the rant! Try to avoid the sugar, it will make the problems with the cycle worse.
