February 24 Getting back on trackOk... well I think I am about to get back to normal, whatever that may be. I apologize for totally falling off the face of the earth for the past couple of weeks. Anyway, last Sunday was weigh in and I gained 1/2 a pound. Today was weigh in and I gained 2 pounds. However, for all the women out there, you know how cycles run and mine is getting crazier by the months. Not to mention GIRL SCOUT COOKIES for the cycle cravings. But, enough of that. I am getting back on track like I need to. STAY FOCUS KIM!!!! Boy it is so hard. Anyway, I am vowing to update my blogs more than on a weekly basis, even though this one was WEIGH (like the play on words, LOL)past due. WISH ME LUCK FOR THIS WEEK. Would love to lose 5 pounds and get back on track.

Kim February 11 I need HELP...Well, weigh in was Sunday and I lost 1 of the 2 pounds gained. I just need a new life. LOL! I still have this cruddy sinus infection, on antibioitics, eating somewhat decent, and just not losing weight in my opinion. I think it is the meds that I am on. You know how they can react to your body. Anyway, hopefully this week will be much better. Any ideas for motivation?? I just need to get better so I can DO better!

Kim February 06 talk about procrastinationOK.. this is going to be a short one. I have totally been procrastinating and have had some challenges. On Sunday the 27th, I weighed in 3 pounds lighter. But this past Sunday the 3rd, I was up 2. Go figure. Sick the week before, get a "little bit" of an appetite and viola', a gain. Oh well, better luck this week. Stephanie started back at the gym this past week since I was sick the week before. Did a HIP HOP HUSTLE at the Y. What a blast. We are hoping they add the class permanently. Watched part of the biggest loser tonight that I recorded. Saw some friends on there from WICHITA~~~~
